Rev. Dr. AdaRA L. Walton, N.D., Ph.D., is a holistic health practitioner, Energy Kinesiologist, Reiki Master Teacher, educator, and ordained minister with more than 40 years of experience in spiritual and integrative healing. Born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Education, cum laude, and Master of Education in Higher Education and Administration from Kent State University before pursuing advanced studies in natural health.
Her commitment to lifelong learning led her to earn both a Doctor of Naturopathy and a Ph.D. in Natural Health from Clayton College of Natural Health. She also holds seven Reiki Masterships in traditional Reiki systems, including Usui and Karuna Reiki, as well as the Japanese modern form of Gendai Reiki Ho, and is an Amanohuna Master.
AdaRA is the Founder and Director of Heart Bridge Wellness, LLC and has devoted her career to supporting optimal health, self-empowerment, and spiritual growth. A former member of the Energy Kinesiology Association (EKA), she has received specialized training and certification in Attractor Field Technique (AFT), Quantum Touch, Electro-Dermal Screening, and Heart and Soul Practitioner work.
Today, Adara offers her work through private sessions, sacred circles, ceremony, and teaching — always with the conviction that healing is not a product to be delivered but a relationship to be entered.

True spiritual practice is not separate from the body, the earth, the community, or the daily rhythms of life. I work to bring spiritual practice back into the body and into the world.
Ancestors Are Present
We do not come to our healing alone. Our ancestors — biological and chosen — are available to us as resource, wisdom, and love. Ancestor connection is central to how I practice and how I teach.
All Paths Lead to Love
I hold profound reverence for all pathways to the sacred — drawing from natural health, metaphysical sciences, energy healing, and shamanic tradition. I welcome people of all backgrounds and beliefs, and of none.
Divine SOURCE Is Within Us All
Divine SOURCE is within us all, and as we came from that SOURCE, we will return to The SOURCE upon physical transition. We are here to love self, others, and help transform the Earth and ourselves through raising our Christ Consciousness — through care, compassion, kindness, selflessness, and TRUST of DIVINE SOURCE and one another through our heart.
